Return and Refund Policy
1. Defective Product or Printing Issue:
o If the apparel you receive has any defects in the fabric or printing, or receive wrong order you may request a return and refund.
o To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video, along with the original packaging, tags, and the bill within 3 days of delivery.
o Please ensure the apparel is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

o Make sure to pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. All items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Non-Eligible Conditions:
• Please return the product in the same condition as you received it. If the product is returned in poor condition or appears to have been used, we won’t be able to process a refund.
o Returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or other issues unrelated to product defects.
o We urge our customers to double-check the size chart before placing an order, as we do not accept returns for size-related issues.
o Important: When opening the package, please avoid using sharp objects like scissors or knives, as any damage caused during opening will make the product non-returnable.
3. Self-Shipping of Returns:

Terms and Conditions:
• The bank account details you provide will be final. We aren’t responsible for any errors in the details you submit.
• If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, please contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp at +91 9336676745.
• Please take care of the products while they are in your possession. Return them in the same condition, with all instructions, documents, and packaging.
• If you believe the product does not meet standards upon delivery, contact us within 1 day at support@amazinglifepro.in or WhatsApp +91 9336676745. Provide details and we will guide you through the next steps.
• After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status via email. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days after confirming your eligibility for a refund.
Failed Delivery Policy
• We will try to pick up your return. If the courier cannot collect the package, you’ll need to send it back to our address. Please note that reverse pick-up is available only in certain areas.
• If our delivery partner attempts to deliver the package and the customer is unavailable (e.g., house or shop closed, call not picked up), the package will be returned to us.
o If the customer requests us to resend the package, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional courier charges.
o If the customer declines to accept the package upon resending, we will not issue any refunds.
Address Accuracy
• Customers must provide complete and accurate addresses, including the correct pin code, during the ordering process.
o In the event that the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. While our team will assist you in locating the package, we are not liable to issue refunds for lost or damaged products in such cases.
